Processing & Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the destinations listed above. Any applicable duties or import taxes for destinations outside the US are shown at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Track your order any time on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number, or your name and email address.
Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Parcels that carriers confirm as lost are replaced or refunded in full. Parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may incur reshipping costs.
